Simple Crustless Quiche

    Preheat oven to 375° and put rack in center of oven .

    Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish .

    Beat eggs and whisk in milk , salt , and ground black pepper to taste.

    Beat until frothy.

    Add greens (chopped) , cooked veggies , yellow onion (sliced and sauteed) , cheese (grated) , cooked meat , and fresh herbs .
